Mountain laurel in bud along Pilot Knob ridge trail in Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park Eva, TN. Also a few mountain azaleas still in bloom.
Thank you for the update, Dana. I assume this is earlier than normal; everything throughout the country seems to be blooming early this year.
I just love all the flowers you show on twitter thank you
You’re welcome, and thank you for the encouragement, Cheryl.
My love TN for a wildflower.
Stunning Gerry!
Thank you very much, Mia.
I found the mountain laurel flowers by accident along the south Anna river in Virginia. I was drawn to them because they looked like fake flowers that had been left behind. I was blown away when I picked one up off the ground and it was real! Just thought I’d share(: wish I could post photos here!
