    I have been trying to determine if Spiraea alba – White Meadowsweet, can be used medicinally, as with Filipendula ulmaria/(also called spiraea ulmaria). They are both called meadowsweet but no one website so far references both alba and ulmaria.

    Can you tell me if they are interchangeable for wildcrafting for medicinal use.
