The Whiteflower Leafcup detail page has been revised with additional photos and information (07/14/2013.)  The scientific name of this native species is Polymnia canadensis.  It is also known by the common names White Bear’s Foot, and Smallflower Leafcup.  Photo below was taken in the Cloudland Canyon State Park in Dade County, GA on July 9, 2013.  This species was originally added to the USWildflowers database in 2009.

A number of species pages, especially the older ones, had only a single photo and very little information about the species other name and location of the photo.  My plan is to provide significant update to the information and additional photos to bring them more in line with the newer species.  Those updates will be tracked with these announcements.
